Casa Vista is an 11 bedroom, 9.5 bath private mountain estate on six acres near Fraser and Winter Park. It sleeps up to 36 overnight guests. Approved weddings and events may host up to 300 guests from May through October. Family reunions, retreats and group trips are welcome year round, and summer groups can book the tent too. Weekend wedding packages include five nights in the entire estate, Wednesday check in through Monday checkout: $10,000 in May or October and $15,000 June through September. The weekday wedding package is $6,000 for three nights, Monday check in through Thursday checkout. For standard summer lodging, Saturday nights are $5,200, Friday nights are $4,400, and Sunday through Thursday nights are $1,800, with a three night minimum. Wednesday through Sunday nights come to $15,000, the same as a summer wedding weekend. Standard lodging reservations do not include event use; weddings and events must be arranged and approved before booking. The venue package includes the 40 by 80 foot tent, dance floor, lighting, sound system, tables, benches, linens, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, outdoor games, and the Love Shack with two event restrooms.

The space

Our home is prepared for about any situation. We have 4 washers and 5 dryers, 4 full size fridges, 3 ovens, 3 dishwashers, 3 water heaters, multiple backup heat sources. Outdoor dining table for 50 people (for summer months), two hot tubs, 3 cooktops, fully stocked kitchen, and a kegerator, a playground, yard toys for all age groups, volleyball, waterproof and mobile speakers, additional toilet and staging facilities for weddings next to the tent. Wifi speed is 100MBS

STR22-00023 We use this house for our own family gatherings and we live nearby. We can create custom bundles with our other properties in the area to host your entire wedding party. We aim to include as many amenities as possible so you only need to plan for food, drink, and entertainment for your guests.
